Return Process

Email our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle.
